The referral scheme is only open to candidates who have registered with myself, and whom I have accepted as a suitable person to help find employment.

The scheme is to encourage you to introduce friends and colleagues who are looking for permanent employment, and who have not already registered with myself, to use my services to help them find suitable employment.

A referral fee of £300 will be payable to you once the candidate has been placed by myself and also has competed 100 days with their new employer which has led to their appointment being confirmed. This fee must be declared as income on your annual tax return.

To enter the Referral Scheme just complete the Referral Form with the details of the candidate. Please ensure that you obtain their permission first, and that they are aware I will call, or alternatively that they will contact me, giving your name as an introducer.
