Working in Jersey
Full information on working in Jersey may be found on www.gov.je, the official Jersey Government website. Further information can be obtained on www.housing.gov.je.
In summary, if you are from a country outside of the EU or EEA, then you will need a Work Permit.
For candidates from within the EU and EEA, and other candidates with a Work Permit, you will need a Right to Work issued by the Jersey authorities.
In addition, Jersey housing licence rules are quite complex and candidates will need to be granted J category status.
