Terry Garnham – Recruitment Consultant DipRP, FCCA offers a personal approach to candidates. Prior to setting up the recruitment business in 2004, he had 25 years working in the Guernsey Finance sector – Audit, Trusts, Funds, Private Equity - with experience in administration and accountancy roles up to Director level.
As a Guernseyman he can use his local knowledge, experience and professional accountancy skills to give you a unique perspective on living and working in Guernsey. Candidates often remark that it is refreshing to have a recruitment consultant who loves Guernsey, is based in Guernsey, has direct contact with over 90% of Guernsey Finance sector clients, and has a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of various accountancy and administration roles in the Guernsey Finance sector.
His main focus is on Funds, Private Equity, Trusts, Audit, Legal, and other Finance sector positions in Guernsey, but he is constantly expanding his client base and has clients in Jersey, Isle of Man, London and the rest of the UK, Cayman, BVI and Luxembourg. Future markets include Dublin and Commercial/(Non-Finance sector) accountancy positions in Guernsey.
